A successful test of the abort motor (part of the Launch Abort System my company is building).

I'll update this post with more detail later.

Update:
The Apollo Launch Abort System:
Note the nozzles are fairly close the capsule (right there above the truss).
The new Launch Abort System in developent shown with capsule:
In this case the rocket motor is where the truss was. Instead of being like a typical rocket, the nozzles are at the top. This cause the thrust to make about 135 degree turn before exiting the nozzle. Pretty cool.
The last 6 weeks I've been working on the Nose Cone and Canard sections. After Thanksgiving I may (or not) be working on theh Adapter Cone.
